Adobe Acrobat Sign pricing for teams starts at about $16.99 per license per month for Acrobat Standard and $23.99 for Acrobat Pro, on a 12 month commitment. That is roughly $204 or $288 per license per year. A ten person team pays about $170 a month on Standard or $240 on Pro. Sign Solutions for larger programs is quote only.
We sell competing electronic signature software for teams with seats included. Our team plans start at $24 a month billed yearly for three seats, and ten seats cost $74 a month on Plus. This guide shows what Adobe costs at 3, 10 and 25 people and where Adobe is still the better buy.
Adobe prices change by region and by sales channel, and its own pricing page shows local currency. The figures below are US dollar prices reported by pricing trackers and resellers in October 2026, and they disagree in places (some still list Standard at $14.99). Confirm the number at checkout before you commit to a year.
Adobe Acrobat Sign pricing plans at a glance
Adobe sells e-signatures two ways. Small teams buy Acrobat plans per license, where signing comes bundled with PDF tools. Larger programs buy Acrobat Sign Solutions on a custom contract. There is no flat monthly rate for a whole company.
| Plan | Per license per month | Per license per year | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acrobat Standard for teams | about $16.99 | about $204 | PDF create, edit and convert, send documents for e-signature and track responses, admin console |
| Acrobat Pro for teams | about $23.99 | about $288 | Everything in Standard plus advanced PDF tools such as redaction, web forms and version comparison |
| Acrobat Studio for teams | about $29.99 | about $360 | Everything in Pro plus AI Assistant and creative tools |
| Acrobat Sign Solutions | Custom quote | Custom quote | Higher volume, advanced workflows, integrations, governance and API, sold through Adobe sales |
Team plans carry a 12 month commitment. Trackers report that canceling an annual plan billed monthly after the first 14 days triggers a fee of about half the remaining contract, so a license you stop using still costs money. Read the cancellation terms at checkout.
How much does Adobe Sign cost per month?
For one person on Acrobat Standard, about $17 a month with a year commitment. For a team, multiply by the number of licenses that need to send. Every sender needs a paid license, but people who only sign do not.
The catch is that you also pay for PDF editing features you may never open. If your staff mainly sends contracts, engagement letters or offer letters, Standard buys you a PDF editor with signing attached, not a signing product with the volume tools sales teams want.
What a team pays at 3, 10 and 25 senders
Monthly equivalents in US dollars, without taxes or add-ons. Adobe totals multiply the tracker list prices above by the number of licenses. Our totals include the listed seats and a shared monthly envelope allowance.
| Senders | Acrobat Standard | Acrobat Pro | SignElectronically, yearly billing | SignElectronically, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | about $51 | about $72 | Starter $24, 3 seats, 50 envelopes | $49 |
| 10 | about $170 | about $240 | Plus $74, 10 seats, 500 envelopes | $149 |
| 25 | about $425 | about $600 | Pro $249, 25 seats, 2,000 envelopes | $499 |
At ten senders, Acrobat Standard costs about $96 a month more than Plus on yearly billing, roughly $1,150 a year. Pro costs about $166 more, or close to $2,000 a year. Those are subscription differences. They do not mean both products do the same work, and an envelope is our unit of sending, so check your monthly volume against the allowance.
Does Adobe Acrobat Sign have bulk send and an API?
Bulk sending to a list of recipients, branding controls, advanced authentication and API access sit with Acrobat Sign Solutions, which Adobe sells by quote. Trackers also report a cap of around 150 e-sign transactions per license per year on the license based plans. Ask Adobe for the transaction limit, the overage terms and the API tier in writing before you budget an integration.
Our Plus plan includes a CSV bulk send workflow within its envelope allowance. Pro adds the e-signature API, embedded signing, SSO and webhooks for $249 a month billed yearly, or $499 monthly.
Adobe Acrobat Sign pricing vs DocuSign pricing
At list prices the per user gap is real. Acrobat Standard at about $16.99 sits below DocuSign Standard at $30 per user per month on yearly billing, and Acrobat Pro at about $23.99 sits below DocuSign Business Pro at $45. Ten senders therefore cost about $170 or $240 a month on Adobe, against $300 or $450 on DocuSign.
The comparison is not clean. DocuSign limits envelopes per user and keeps bulk send for higher tiers, while Adobe bundles PDF tools and limits transactions per license. Price your real monthly volume under each model, and read our DocuSign pricing breakdown for the envelope math.
Whichever vendor you price, count only the people who send. Colleagues who just sign a document do not need a license on either product.
Hidden costs to price before you buy Adobe
- The commitment. Twelve months per license, auto renewing, with early termination fees reported on annual plans.
- The AI Assistant add-on. Trackers report it can be enrolled during a trial and billed separately. Check your invoice after the trial.
- Unused PDF tools. Pro is mostly an editing upgrade. If your team sends and signs only, you pay for features you do not use.
- Seats for occasional senders. Every sender needs a license. Five people who each send two contracts a month still cost five licenses.
- Price changes mid contract. Trackers note reported increases. Ask what is fixed for the term.
The same subscription costs show up on the finance side, so teams paying for several signing and PDF seats often review them with expense management software before renewal.
Is Adobe Acrobat Sign worth it?
Yes, if your team already lives in Acrobat. Teams that edit, redact and compare PDFs every day get real value from Pro, and the signing is one more tool in a product they already pay for. Adobe also wins on brand recognition with signers and on enterprise governance through Sign Solutions.
The case is weaker for teams that only need to send agreements, collect signatures and keep an audit trail. There the per license bill grows with headcount while the work stays simple. A plan with seats included, shared templates and a signed audit trail costs less and takes a day to roll out.

Which Adobe plan should you choose?
Choose Standard for a small team that needs signing next to everyday PDF work. Choose Pro when staff redact, compare or build forms in PDFs. Ask Adobe sales for Sign Solutions when you need bulk send, an API, or regulated workflows at volume.
If signing is the job, price the same users on a seats included plan too. For other vendors, see our breakdowns of DocuSign pricing, signNow pricing and Signeasy pricing.
