Electronic Signature for Staffing Agencies and Staffing eSign Software
SignElectronically is eSign software for staffing and recruiting agencies. Recruiters send client staffing agreements, assignment agreements and onboarding acknowledgments, workers sign on their phone before the first shift, and every file comes back as a sealed PDF with an audit certificate you can keep with the placement.

The Monday start
Where a staffing desk loses placements to paperwork
A distribution center calls on Thursday afternoon. They need fourteen pickers for second shift on Monday. Your recruiters find the people by Friday noon, and then the real work starts: an assignment agreement, a safety acknowledgment, the handbook receipt and a background check authorization for every one of them, plus a signed rate confirmation from the client before anyone clocks in.
On paper that means asking fourteen people to come into the branch, or emailing PDFs to workers who do not own a printer. Two never come back. One sends a photo of page one only. On Monday morning the client has twelve people on the floor and your coordinator is still chasing signatures from the parking lot.
With electronic signature the coordinator uploads one CSV with the fourteen names and phone friendly emails, picks the assignment agreement template and sends. Each worker gets a personal link, signs in two minutes from the bus, and the dashboard shows who is still missing by Friday evening, when there is still time to call a backup.

1
Pick the template
Open the assignment agreement template or upload your PDF once. Place signature, date and initials fields for the worker, and a text field for the client site.
-
2
Upload the CSV from your ATS
Export the start class with name, email and job title. Each row becomes one envelope, and the columns fill the fields on the agreement.
-
3
Send before the weekend
Workers get a personal link by email. Add a one time code by text message on Plus when you need to confirm it is really the candidate.
-
4
Let reminders do the chasing
Set a daily reminder and an expiry on the start date, so nobody arrives on site with an unsigned agreement.
-
5
File the sealed PDFs
Download every signed agreement and its certificate as a ZIP, or receive a webhook on completion and attach the file to the candidate in your ATS.

No account needed
Light industrial, hospitality and healthcare support workers rarely sit at a desk. They open the email on a phone, agree to sign electronically, check the client site, pay rate and start date you prefilled, and sign. Nothing to download and no account to create, which is why the signed agreement usually comes back the same evening.
Professional and IT placements get the same flow with a longer document. A contractor reviews the statement of work and the confidentiality agreement on a laptop, signs, and the copy goes to your account manager and the client's procurement contact at once. Recruiters who also need to reach passive candidates at scale often pair this with personalized cold email sequences, and the signed paperwork still lands here.
- Works in any phone browser, nothing to install
- Prefilled client, pay rate and start date
- Workers receive their own signed copy
- Email code on every plan, SMS code from Plus

Cost
What a staffing agency pays for eSignature
Most signing tools bill per user, and the big ones keep bulk send for the top plan. A branch with six recruiters, an account manager and a branch manager pays for eight licenses at the bulk send tier, and pays again for every recruiter it hires in a busy season. Our plans include seats and bulk send starts on the middle plan.
Plus covers 10 recruiters, 500 envelopes a month and batches of up to 200 workers for $74 a month on yearly billing. A multi branch agency that places hundreds of people a month fits Pro: 25 seats, 2,000 envelopes, batches of 1,000 and the eSignature API for $249 a month on yearly billing.
One envelope is one sending, however many people sign it, so a client agreement signed by the client and your principal counts once. Workers and clients never need a seat. If you are moving off DocuSign, the DocuSign alternative page lays out the same arithmetic for a team of ten.
- Seats for recruiters, account managers and the branch manager
- Workers and clients sign free on any device
- Monthly or yearly billing, cancel at the end of the period
