eSignature Solutions for Teams That Send Every Week
SignElectronically is an eSignature solution for business teams. Upload a document, place the fields, set who signs first and send. Reminders chase the late signers, and every finished document comes back as a sealed PDF with an audit certificate.

From upload to sealed copy
-
1
Upload the document
Drop a PDF, a Word file or an image. It is converted to PDF and every page is rendered so you can place fields on it.
-
2
Add signers and order
Enter names and emails, drag them into order, and add anyone who only needs a copy as CC.
-
3
Place the fields
Pick a signer, click a field type and drop it on the page. Required fields must be completed before that person can finish.
-
4
Send and let reminders run
Each signer gets a personal link. The timeline shows who opened, who signed and who is next.
-
5
Receive the sealed PDF
When the last person signs, the file is sealed and emailed to every party together with the audit certificate.

The same flow works for a two page NDA and for a forty page lease. If you send the same document often, save it once as a template and skip the first three steps. Read how eSignature templates work.
For the people who send
Built for a team, not for one user
Most signing tools charge for every person who sends. That works for one freelancer and gets expensive once sales, HR and operations all need it. Here seats are part of the plan, so adding the new recruiter costs nothing until you outgrow the plan itself.
- One company account, with 3, 10 or 25 seats included depending on the plan
- Roles for owner, admin, sender and viewer on Plus and above
- Folders per department and a team activity log
- Your logo, colour and sender name on signing emails
- A shared template library so everyone sends the current version
When volume grows, bulk send documents for signature from a CSV, or connect your own system through the eSignature API.
