What counts as an envelope?

One envelope is one sending: one or more PDFs sent together to one group of signers. It is counted when you press Send. Drafts and the signers themselves are not counted. In a bulk send, each recipient gets their own envelope. The count starts again with every billing month, and deleting an envelope does not give the number back.

Do signers need a seat or an account?

No. Seats are for the people on your team who prepare and send documents. Signers open a link from their email, sign in the browser and get the sealed copy. They never pay and never register.

How does yearly billing save 50 percent?

Every plan billed yearly costs half of twelve monthly payments. Starter is $288 for the year instead of $588, Plus is $888 instead of $1,788. You pay once by card and the plan renews after twelve months.

What happens when we reach the envelope limit?

The dashboard shows the count all month and warns you at 80 percent. At the limit, new sends wait until the next billing month or until you move to a higher plan. Documents already out for signature keep working and can still be signed.

Can we change plans later?

Yes, in the billing settings. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged to your card right away. Moving down takes effect from the next period.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. You can sign one PDF in the demo on the homepage without an account, and one more after you confirm your email. Demo copies carry a watermark. Sending documents to other signers starts with a plan.

In the billing settings, with two clicks. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Before that date you can download every completed PDF with its audit certificate, and the files stay valid on their own.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise starts at 50 seats for $999 a month, or $499 a month billed yearly. Each seat above that adds $15 a month, or $7 billed yearly. Set the number of seats in the calculator on this page and check out by card. There is no sales call.
