The flow
Send a contract in five steps
-
1
Upload the agreed text
The final PDF or Word file, after negotiation is done.
-
2
Add the parties
Name and email for each signer, in order. Add legal or finance as CC if they need the final copy.
-
3
Place signature blocks
Signature, printed name, title and date for each party, plus initials on pages that need them.
-
4
Send with a deadline
Set reminders every few days and an expiry date that matches your offer.
-
5
File the sealed copy
Everyone gets the sealed PDF by email. Yours stays in the envelope list for the life of the subscription.
For agreements you send often, save the layout once as an eSignature template and reduce the five steps to two.

A signature on a contract matters most on the day someone says they never agreed. The certificate attached to each PDF shows when the document was opened, that the signer consented to electronic records, when they signed, from which IP address and browser, and the fingerprint of the exact text.
Read what is recorded on the electronic signature audit trail page, and the legal background in the ESIGN Act and UETA guide. Some documents, such as wills and court orders, are outside eSignature laws and should not be sent this way.
Plans start at $24 a month billed yearly for 3 seats. See pricing or the product overview on the homepage.
