PandaDoc pricing in 2026 is $19 per seat a month for Starter and $49 per seat a month for Business on yearly billing, or $35 and $65 per seat on monthly billing. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Bulk send, CRM integrations, approval workflows and the content library start on Business, and SSO and full API access sit on Enterprise. So a team of ten that needs bulk send pays about $490 a month on yearly billing, or $650 month to month, before any add-ons.
We sell an eSignature product ourselves, so weigh this page with that in mind. PandaDoc figures below are its public list prices as published in October 2026, cross-checked against several independent price trackers. Ours come from our own price list. Check PandaDoc's live page before you sign a contract, because plan names and features there change more often than the headline numbers.
PandaDoc pricing plans at a glance
PandaDoc sells four tiers. The two self serve plans are priced per seat, which means per person in your company who creates or sends documents. People who only sign never need a seat.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Priced by | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free eSign | $0, a small monthly document allowance | Individual | Upload a PDF and collect signatures, no templates library or workflows | |
| Starter | $19 per seat a month | $35 per seat a month | Seat | Drag and drop editor, a small number of templates, document tracking |
| Business | $49 per seat a month | $65 per seat a month | Seat | CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), bulk send, approval workflows, content library, payments, branding |
| Enterprise | Custom quote, per seat or per document | Contract | SSO, API access, Salesforce CPQ, advanced automation, an account manager | |
The free eSign tier is there to get you into the product. It is fine for a freelancer who signs a few PDFs, and nobody running a sales or operations team stays on it for long.
How much does PandaDoc cost per month?
PandaDoc costs $19 to $49 per seat per month on yearly billing, depending on the plan, or $35 to $65 per seat on monthly billing. A single user on Starter pays $228 a year up front, and a single user on Business pays $588. Monthly billing costs about 33% to 84% more than yearly for the same seat, so most teams that stay longer than six months end up on an annual contract.
For anything beyond a couple of users, the useful number is seat price times headcount. That is where PandaDoc's bill grows, and it grows whether or not the extra people send many documents.
What a team pays at real headcounts
The table prices four typical companies on PandaDoc Business (the first plan with bulk send and a CRM connection) and on our own plans. Our prices include a block of seats and a monthly envelope allowance, and one envelope counts once however many people sign it.
| Company | People who send | PandaDoc Business, yearly | PandaDoc Business, monthly | SignElectronically, yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small agency | 3 | $147 a month | $195 a month | $24 a month, Starter, 3 seats, 50 envelopes |
| Accounting practice | 5 | $245 a month | $325 a month | $74 a month, Plus, 10 seats, 500 envelopes, bulk send |
| Sales team | 10 | $490 a month | $650 a month | $74 a month, Plus, 10 seats, 500 envelopes, bulk send |
| Operations department | 20 | $980 a month | $1,300 a month | $249 a month, Pro, 25 seats, 2,000 envelopes, API and SSO |
If those three people only need Starter features, PandaDoc drops to $57 a month for the agency. The gap narrows, but it does not close. On monthly billing our plans are $49, $149 and $499, still below PandaDoc Business at every headcount in the table.
Is PandaDoc cheaper than DocuSign?
Usually yes, at the entry level, and no at the level most teams need. PandaDoc Starter at $19 per seat on yearly billing is cheaper than DocuSign Standard, and PandaDoc Business at $49 sits close to DocuSign Business Pro, the DocuSign plan with bulk send. Both bill per user, so both get expensive as a team grows. Our DocuSign pricing breakdown has the full DocuSign plan table if you are comparing the two on a real quote.
The bigger difference is what you get for the money. DocuSign is a signing tool first. PandaDoc is a document builder first: proposals, quotes with pricing tables, a content library of reusable blocks, then signing at the end. If you use that builder every day, the seat price buys real work. If you only upload finished PDFs and collect signatures, you are paying for a proposal editor you do not open.
Does PandaDoc charge per document?
The Starter and Business plans do not charge per document. They are priced per seat with unlimited documents for normal use. Enterprise contracts can be written per document instead of per seat, and PandaDoc has tested a usage based plan with free seats and a charge for every document sent. Programmatic sending through the API is the place where per document charges show up most, so ask for API pricing in writing before you build an integration.
Which PandaDoc plan includes bulk send?
Bulk send starts on the Business plan at $49 per seat a month on yearly billing. Starter has no bulk send, so a team that needs to send the same offer letter, NDA or renewal to a list of people from a spreadsheet has to pay Business for every sender. On our side, bulk send is part of the Plus plan, up to 200 recipients per batch from a CSV, with each person getting their own envelope and audit certificate.
Hidden costs to ask about
- API access. Full API access is tied to Enterprise or a separate developer price list. If you plan to send from your own app, get the per document API rate before you sign.
- SSO. Single sign on is an Enterprise feature. Companies with an IT policy that requires SSO skip straight to a custom quote.
- Monthly billing. The same Business seat costs $65 on monthly billing against $49 on yearly, about $192 more per seat per year.
- Seat creep. Every new hire who needs to send a document is another seat. A sales team that grows from 6 to 12 doubles the bill even if document volume barely moves.
- Annual commitments. Yearly plans are paid up front and renew automatically. Put a reminder in the calendar 60 days before the renewal date so you have time to renegotiate or move.
When PandaDoc is worth the price
PandaDoc is the better buy for a sales team that builds proposals and quotes inside the tool. The editor, pricing tables, quote approvals, the content library and the HubSpot or Salesforce sync save a sales rep real time on every deal, and signing is the last step of a document PandaDoc helped write. For that team the per seat price is a sales tool cost, not a signature cost, and we would not argue them out of it.
It is a poor fit when the documents are already finished. Engagement letters, NDAs, onboarding packets, lease renewals and vendor agreements are written in Word or produced by another system. What those teams need is a fast way to place fields, set a signing order, send reminders and keep an audit trail, for every person in the office, without paying a seat each. If your contracts also need tracking after signature (renewal dates, owners, obligations), that is a job for contract management software rather than a proposal tool.
A flat plan instead of per seat pricing
SignElectronically prices the company, not the person. Starter includes 3 seats and 50 envelopes a month for $24 a month on yearly billing. Plus includes 10 seats, 500 envelopes, bulk send, SMS codes, webhooks and branding for $74 a month. Pro includes 25 seats, 2,000 envelopes, the eSignature API, embedded signing and SSO for $249 a month. Signers never pay and never need an account. The full plan list is on our pricing page.
What we do not do: we are not a proposal builder. There are no pricing tables, quote approvals or content library, and no native CRM app. If those are the reason you bought PandaDoc, stay with it. If you bought it to get PDFs signed, our PandaDoc alternative page walks through moving your templates over, usually in an afternoon.
PandaDoc pricing FAQ
Is PandaDoc free?
PandaDoc has a free eSign tier for individuals with a small monthly document allowance, which covers uploading a PDF and collecting signatures. Templates in volume, CRM integrations, bulk send and approval workflows are only on the paid plans. A business team that sends documents every week will need Starter at minimum, and usually Business.
How much is PandaDoc per user?
PandaDoc is $19 per user a month on Starter and $49 per user a month on Business, billed yearly. Month to month, the same seats are $35 and $65. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per contract. Only people who create or send documents need a seat; clients and other signers sign for free.
Can you cancel PandaDoc anytime?
On monthly billing you can cancel before the next billing date and keep access until the period ends. On yearly billing you have paid for the full year up front, so cancelling stops the renewal rather than refunding the remaining months. Download your signed documents and certificates before the account closes.
What is the cheapest PandaDoc plan for a team?
Starter at $19 per seat a month on yearly billing is the cheapest paid plan, but it has no bulk send, CRM integration or approval workflows. Most teams that compare plans seriously end up on Business at $49 per seat. If you mainly need signatures for a team, a plan with seats included usually costs less than either.
